Alongside my Decorator, Cassandra Marie, we reconstructed the Jim Crow era South. From the drapes to the dog bowl, everything on the set was carefully considered to tell the story. Set in 1966 Mississippi, By Any Means stars Mark Wahlberg as mafia hitman Greg Scarpa and Yahya Abdul-Mateen II as a young Black FBI agent investigating the murders of civil rights leaders — the two are forced into an uneasy alliance where the line between justice and vengeance blurs. Directed by Elegance Bratton, the film hits theaters September 4, 2026.

In collaboration with talented professionals, such as Director Ari Mairena, Director of Photography Violet Smith, and Production Designer Zoe Taylor, we created a visually stunning music video shot on 35mm incorporating warm, textured lighting and rich production design that leaned into the track’s themes of wealth, loyalty, and brotherhood. Every set and prop was built to match the group’s larger-than-life energy, giving the video a cinematic, film-grain quality that stood apart from typical rap video visuals.

Working alongside Production Designer Zoe Taylor, I helped recreate emergency scenarios that showcase the power of Axon technology in connecting victims with emergency services and aiding law enforcement in capturing perpetrators. Every set was built to feel authentic and urgent, grounding the brand’s message in real, high-stakes storytelling.

Set Decorator - HULU episodic TV series
On this one-of-a-kind cooking show, my team and I built a set designed around a singular challenge: since contestants were also judges, they could never meet or see each other except during elimination. We dressed 8 kitchens and 8 tasting rooms connected by conveyor belts, brought our digital host, Cheffy, to life through retro TV stacks and loudspeakers, and grounded it all in a modern, playful aesthetic inspired by Jonathan Adler. Couldn’t have done it without my incredible team.
